DISPOSITION AND ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS

Right of First Refusal
(1) Prior to proceeding with the Transaction Process described in 125-045-0214, the Disposing Agency will determine, with the advice of the Division, whether any party is entitled to a Right of First Refusal.
(2) If no contractual Right of First Refusal exists, the Disposing Agency may, in its discretion, grant a Right of First Refusal to the parties described in ORS 270.010(2) via written agreement with the party or parties.
(3) Any Right of First Refusal will be governed by the conditions set forth in the agreement.
