Service Fees
(1) When determining fees associated with the processing of requests for public records, the department will follow the statewide standardized fee-structure policy number 107-001-030 maintained by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services and adopted on Feb. 15, 2017.
(2) All fees and charges must be paid before public records will be made available for inspection or copies provided.
