President of Stauf Ent., Inc., inventor of four amazing environmental inventions that will get water to wherever it is needed, cut down on the pollution from rush hour traffic jams, and cut down on the fossil fuel pollution caused by heating water in hot water heaters, by heating houses, and by cooling houses. Dave Stauffer's submerged pipeline (so low that no ships hit it and so low that environmentalists don't even see it) in the Columbia River will get water to all of eastern Oregon, Washington and California, and create thousands of agricultural jobs growing crops, grazing animals, and harvesting orchards and forest lumber. In addition, the submerged Columbia River pipeline will have thousands of the pollution-free "in-pipe electricity generators" already installed and in use in the 42-inch-diameter pipeline that brings water from the Bull Run Reservoir to the City of Portland.
